THE SOLIST WARRANTY FOR WATCHES
Two-Year Warranty
At The Solist, we guarantee that every watch purchased from us is authentic, never consumer-owned, and sourced directly from an authorized dealer or the brand itself.
Your watch is covered by The Solist Warranty for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer defects related to the movement, hands, and dial. If an issue arises with any of these elements due to defective materials or workmanship under normal use, we will repair your watch free of charge.
If you notify us of a defect within the first fourteen (14) days, you may return your unworn, undamaged watch for a full refund.
What’s Not Covered
The Solist Warranty does not cover:
-
General wear and tear on the crystal, case, strap, or bracelet
-
Damage caused by improper handling, negligent care, or accidents (including drops or impact)
-
Lost or damaged gemstones or decorative elements
Important: Any repairs or service performed by a third party without written authorization from The Solist will immediately void your warranty.
Certain timepieces may retain their original manufacturer warranty. If your watch requires service, we will advise whether it should be sent to the manufacturer or to The Solist.
