The Solist Warranty for Watches
Our exclusive The Solist warranty begins with our guarantee:
We guarantee that your watch purchased from The Solist has never been consumer owned and is an authentic, luxury watch sourced directly from an authorized dealer or the brand itself.
Your The Solist watch is warranted for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Your The Solist Warranty covers manufacturer’s defects, including the watch movement, hands, and dial. If there is a problem with any of these elements related to defective material or workmanship under normal use, we will repair your watch free of charge. If you notify The Solist of the defect within the first fourteen (14) days, you may return your watch for a full refund if the product is unworn and undamaged.
Our The Solist Warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear resulting from typical use, including crystal, case, strap, and bracelet
- Damage resulting from improper handling, negligent care and accidents, including dropping or impacting hard surfaces.
- Lost or damaged gemstones or decorative elements
IMPORTANT NOTE: Repairs or servicing work accomplished by third parties without explicit written consent and authorization from The Solist will automatically invalidate your warranty. In this event, repair of any current or future damage becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
Certain watches retain their original manufacturer warranty. If your watch requires warranty service, please notify The Solist and we will advise on whether to send your watch direct to the manufacturer or to The Solist for servicing.

The Solist guarantees your jewelry or accessory purchase is an authentic luxury product, has never been owned, and is sourced directly from an authorized retailer. If for any reason you are unhappy with your jewelry or accessory purchase, you may return in the original condition for a full refund.
