Extended Holiday Returns & Exchange Policy
At The Solist, we’re mindful that the holidays are a time for meaningful gifting, and we want you to have the confidence and flexibility to ensure every gift is just right. For that reason, purchases made between November 10th and December 20th are eligible for return or exchange through January 5th.
If your purchase isn’t exactly as you envisioned, you may return it by January 5th for an exchange or full refund. Return and exchange timelines begin once your order becomes available for shipment or pickup.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be returned in its original condition as received and in its original packaging, including all branded boxes, certificates, and accessories

It may be tried on, but not worn

It must not have been resized or engraved

Only purchases made within the last 14 days are eligible for return and/or exchange outside of the extended holiday window
A shipping and insurance fee will apply to all returns to ensure secure transit and handling.

If your reason for return is due to manufacturing defect or damage incurred during shipment, you may be eligible for repair or replacement covered by the The Solist warranty or original manufacturer warranty: please see our Warranty Information page for more information.
Please do not attempt repairs yourself, or allow a third party to attempt repairs without explicit written consent and authorization from ShopWorn, otherwise your warranty will be automatically invalidated; in this event, repair of any damage becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please allow up to 5 business days to for us to process your return and up to 3 additional days for your return to show up in your account. We appreciate your patience.
